About the company
iSOFT was an international healthcare IT company founded in the UK in 1996, listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2000, that built hospital and clinical information systems — including the Lorenzo and HCIS/xSIA product lines — for around 13,000 healthcare organizations in some 40 countries, with R&D centers spanning the UK, Spain, India, Australia and New Zealand.
After merging with Australia's IBA Health in 2007–2008, iSOFT Group was acquired by CSC in 2011; CSC later merged with HPE's Enterprise Services division in 2017 to form DXC Technology, which in turn sold the Lorenzo/HCIS healthcare software lineage to Italy's Dedalus Group in 2021.

Medical assistance software for the VIC Hospital (Barcelona). Developed in C# and Microsoft™ SQL Server.
Integration of the System Nexus Lab
With the e-SIAP primary care system for SESCAM with HL7 v2.5 messages sending/receipt. Previous analysis and later development of different message types: ORM, ORU, etc. Developed in Visual Studio .NET (C#) and SQL Server.
e-CARE
Application for the Medical Centre Fundación Norte (Madrid). Developed in C# under SQL Server and Oracle databases.
e-SIAP PHARMACOLOGY LABORATORY PLATFORM
Tool for the drug control and administration in La Paz University Hospital (Madrid). Entirely developed in J2EE under Oracle databases.
